5km The Opposite Direction

Managed to run the full 5km this time. Possibly helped by the fact this was a second attempt, possibly helped by the fact that for the past week we've been running every other day which in this case means I've run 3 x 3km, certainly helped by the fact that I ran with Maia and she runs at a slightly slower and more consistent pace and certainly helped by running the opposite direction to the last attempt.
Running the route anti-clockwise means that the run starts with the same short climb to the apex of the whole circuit then down hill to the lowest point in about 1km.
The run along the river, as you'd expect, is flat, then there's the gradual climb up again over 1km back up to Stoughton crossroads.
