The screen-shot captured both screens for the dual screen setup. I'm using Nvidia Twinview which handles the two monitors nicely. The second monitor is currently used for my media player.
The sunflower backdrop is a picture from Lance, it makes a change from my trend towards sci-fi related images.
On the main monitor I've removed standard menu with "Applications", "Places" and "System" and customised the main menu icon to be larger to make it easier to click.
Yes it looks like Windows but it does run much better on my machine.
