I've bought two of these large bags of dog food since giving up the car. The first time I walked, carrying the bag on it's own. This was not easy since it's a slippery plastic bag with no handle.
This week I was glad to find that the bag just fits into my rucksack. I cycled down to Tesco where the dog food is actually a pound cheaper, and cycled back with it in the rucksack.
Not being rigid the weight sat quite comfortably on my back, no sharp corners digging in.
What I need to build is a trailer for the dog to tow :)
