As well as waving the electric power tools around the garden in the hot sunshine (yeah, that was last weekend) I've started using this Abs Wheel. I'm noticing a difference. I have somewhere a photo which I took I think it was back in 2007, my true "before" picture, I'll dig that out and take another to see how things are progressing.
